We are looking for someone with effective communication, ability to express technical solutions in business terms with proven experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Data Analytics to join the Analytics team in the global Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) Team.

The role:

As part of the Analytics team in the global Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) Team you will be contributing to delivering the Digital Analytics solutions for Nestlé factories, reporting to the Analytics lead. You will contribute to the development and implementation of AI models and analytics solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing processes.

What you’ll do:

As a Business Analyst in Advanced Analytics you will:

  • Provide expertise in the area of machine learning, artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, advanced analytics. This data will be in the context of manufacturing (performance, quality, energy, process, etc.).
  • Collaborate with senior team members to design, develop, and validate AI models, to integrate agent frameworks and analytics solutions tailored for food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Package models for use by different markets.
  • Build documentation and transfer knowledge to markets/regions on how to implement and use models and analytics built by the team.
  • Collaborate with Categories on globalizing and packaging existing models to allow extension from one factory to multiple.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise on Python / SQL / databases.
  • Guide on design or technical issues faced by the factories in the area of AI/ML and advanced analytics.
  • Develop an understanding of the DMA product group strategy and work with teams to ensure deliver of high-quality services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning relevant to the food and beverage manufacturing.

What will make you a great fit?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and techniques to effectively communicate insights.
  • Experience of working towards a deadline.
  • Working with clients or customers internal or external.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with SQL / Data flows / Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques a plus.
