We are a data-first company based in Stockholm and Gothenburg helping organizations make smarter decisions with the power of research, analysis, and insight. From public opinion polling to market trends, we work with some of the most complex datasets out there — and now, we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to take our infrastructure to the next level.
If you’re excited by cloud-native architecture, automation, and deploying AI/ML models into production — and you want to work with a team that actually uses the insights they generate — this could be for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve our Azure-based infrastructure — from architecture to automation
- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for robust deployment workflows
- Enable high availability, scalability, and secure systems by default
- Collaborate with developers and data analysts to optimize pipelines and runtime environments
- Support the deployment of machine learning models in production (MLOps)
- Drive improvements through observability, automation, and performance tuning
- Write and maintain clean, well-structured infrastructure documentation
Requirements
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g. VMs, Azure Functions, Storage, SQL)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.)
- Hands-on with Docker and ideally Kubernetes
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Strong grasp of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
- Comfort with Git workflows and version control
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
- Solid Linux admin skills and basic understanding of networking & security
- Some exposure to ML Ops concepts and workflows
Nice-to-Haves:
- Azure certifications (Admin, DevOps, AI, etc.)
- Practical experience deploying AI/ML models into production
- Experience in data analytics or research-heavy environments
- Knowledge of databases and data processing tools
- DevSecOps mindset and experience integrating security into pipelines
Who You Are
You’re a builder who thrives in environments where you can take ownership. You’re curious about new tech, naturally proactive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo if it means making systems better. You work well independently but also love collaborating with diverse teams — whether it’s devs, analysts, or stakeholders with zero technical background.
Why Join Us?
- Work in a mission-driven company with real-world impact
- Build modern infrastructure from the ground up
- Collaborate across functions: dev, data, AI/ML, and more
- Flat structure, low bureaucracy, high trust
- Hybrid work setup and a collaborative team culture
Interested? Please apply and looking forward to speaking with you soon
