Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in SAFe Scrum Master methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in an Agile environment. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to facilitate effective communication between technical and non technical teams.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in SAFe Scrum Master methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in an Agile environment. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to facilitate effective communication between technical and non technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives, as a certified SAFe Scrum Master.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Assist in the prioritization of the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in business analysis within Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAFe Scrum Master certification is required.
- 7 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
