Key Responsibilities:

• Act as omni project manager to support print and digital creative rollout for loyalty program refresh
• Serve as key communicator to internal team, managing timelines and deadlines and routing deliverables
• Create and maintain timelines for all briefed/active projects in Airtable
• Hold status meetings and send meeting recaps to inform team of changes
• Manage stakeholder approvals and routing of creative and feedback
• Work to ensure delivery times and specs for all projects are met, in addition to recognizing potential issues before they occur
• Coordinate with all Creative team members and other cross-functional departments (i.e. Digital Ops, Asset Management, etc.) on delivery of assets
• Ensure project briefs are fully complete and requested deliverables are clear before commencement of work
• Help organize and gather assets for projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be self motivated, well organized and have sound innovation and facilitation skills.
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Strong business presentation skills and experience presenting to various levels of management.
• Sound analytical skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
• Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.·
• High preference on experience in Loyalty programs candidates from retail or beauty companies a bonus
