Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in Swift (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android) for mobile SDK integration.
- Guide customers in integrating company's SDKs into iOS and Android applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SDK issues across native and hybrid platforms (React Native, Cordova, Flutter).
- Analyze logs, traces, and performance data using Datadog and native debugging tools.
- Validate and troubleshoot API calls using Postman (inspect payloads, API specs).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate, document, and fix SDK-level issues.
- Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and integration guides.
- Proactively monitor system health and provide insights to improve SDK reliability and performance.
Skills Required:
- Swift (iOS)
- Java / Kotlin (Android)
- React Native, Flutter, Cordova (Hybrid frameworks)
- iOS & Android Mobile Application Development
- API Ecosystems (Postman, API specs, payload validation)
