Are you a WordPress wizard with a flair for marketing and a passion for transforming websites? We’re looking for a hands-on Website Advisor/Developer to join our team in an internal capacity and lead the charge in revamping our digital presence.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of our WordPress website, ensuring it’s modern, functional, and aligned with our brand.
• Provide expert advice on website improvements, UX enhancements, and content strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into impactful web solutions.
• Implement changes directly in WordPress, from layout tweaks to plugin integrations and performance optimizations.
• Act as a bridge between marketing and tech, bringing creative ideas to life online.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with WordPress development and customization.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how they apply to web design.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a hybrid team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with SEO, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
