Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Assist in defining a group operating model that works for all marketplaces within the group, whilst considering local regulatory requirements.
- Review ‘As-Is’, Define and Agree with business the ‘To-Be’ processes.
- Ensure Alignment, acceptance and approval of all business requirements by appropriate business stakeholders. Responsible for finalisation and agree upon business requirements.
- Prioritisation of backlog tasks to define top priority sprint work.
- Oversee the delivery of the delivery of sprint tasks with coordination of both the in-house team and third party managed service providers with stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery meets expectations.
- Support the business to define and lead the user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify business risks associate with new processes and subsequent process control requirements.
- Identify workload attached to the tasks assigned during the project lifecycle (requirements, design support, IT and UAT support, Go live,…).
- Challenge end-users in a constructive manner on requirements or proposed solutions and manage conflict resolution to gain consensus on requirements, while building customer trust.
- Ensure that the requirements are complete, accurate and articulated to the satisfaction of all stakeholders to enable the solution to be technically defined and tested. Produce documentation in accordance with standards.
- Work closely with each banner to understand requirements and local needs which will be used to localize the Marketplace operations process. Minimise bespoke development when appropriate by evaluating impact on business process and identifying viable proposals.
- Deeply understands the customers and champion the mindset within the team to ensure decisions are made with customers or users in mind.
- Experience of requirements gathering and documenting in a number of significant projects.
- Experienced in documenting business requirements and technical specifications in a structured template for SaaS models such as Salesforce.
- Salesforce certification to at least Administrator level.
- Previous hands-on experience of breaking down complex problems into actionable items and challenging stakeholders in a constructive manner on requirements or proposed solutions and manage conflict resolution to gain consensus on requirements.
- A clear entrepreneurial mindset, creating a new business model within a large €17bn GMV organization.
- Clear large-scale B2B CRM experience and skills at strategic, operational, and technical level.
- A skilled and experienced influencer capable of navigating large and complex organizations to generate positive change.
- Marketplace experience desirable (ideally Amazon, Rakuten, Alibaba, Uber, C-discount, Allegro, Etsy).
- Fluent in English and at least another of our used languages within our group (useful to set relationships) such as French, Spanish or Polish would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Top communicator.
