My client is hiring a 24/7 Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer to join their Belfast-based team. You’ll work in a structured shift pattern, supporting vital client systems and resolving incidents with precision and professionalism.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• First point of escalation for customer calls
• Logging & resolving faults via Remedy (95% first-touch resolution)
• Working within strict SLAs
• Maintaining accurate shift handovers & ticket updates
• Configuring/troubleshooting: Cisco, Juniper, Adtran switches/routers/DSLAMs/modems
• Managing circuit faults (ADSL, SDSL, Ethernet, NGA, MPF, SMPF)
• Liaising with third-party engineers/suppliers
• Supporting field engineers remotely
• Monitoring network health via SolarWinds

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT Helpdesk or NOC environments
• Strong troubleshooting & escalation skills
• Enterprise network support (CCNA or equivalent preferred)
• Windows OS & server support
• Familiarity with ITIL & SLA-driven environments
• Excellent attention to detail & communication skills
• Eligible for Security Clearance
• Team-oriented, respectful, and collaborative mindset

🗓 Shift Pattern

• 4 Days On (7am–7pm) → 4 Days Off
• 4 Days On → 4 Days Off
• 4 Nights On (7pm–7am) → 4 Nights Off
• 4 Nights On → 4 Nights Off
• Then repeat with Days again
