About the Role

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Legal, Compliance & Company Secretariat, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our governance processes run smoothly and our legal and regulatory obligations are met. This is a hands-on position where your expertise will directly support our boards, committees, and risk and compliance frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support risk and compliance frameworks, including ASIC and AFSL reporting
  • Assist Risk and Compliance Committees and annual audits
  • Maintain registers: incidents, breaches, conflicts of interest, fit and proper persons
  • Provide regulatory compliance and ASIC reporting support
  • Coordinate board meetings, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Oversee board and executive declarations and authorised representatives
  • Guide corporate governance and board-related requirements
  • Review and implement governance policies, charters, and risk frameworks


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Privacy Law, and APRA Prudential Standards
  • Legal qualifications (preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of corporate structures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Self-driven, accountable, and collaborative team player
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in new areas of expertise
