Join to apply for the
Mobile Product Designer
role at
The Mobile-First Company
About The Mobile-First Company: Most tools for small businesses weren't built for real operators.
They were built for employees in offices, not people running a business from their phone.
We're changing that.
We build
mobile-first business software
that feels like a consumer app, runs on AI, and spreads like a creator brand.
Our first product, Allô, gives you a second number on your phone, answers missed calls with AI, transcribes everything, and syncs it to your CRM.
Over 20,000 businesses use it every day.
Next up: expenses, invoicing, and more.
We've raised
+5 million dollars
from Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators.
Our team is based in
Paris, Buenos Aires
,
Miami
What You'll Do
End-to-end ownership: Lead UX/UI design from concept to production — flows, visuals, prototypes, and handoff.
Consumer-grade craft: Deliver beautiful, intuitive experiences that SMBs actually love to use.
Flow simplification: Turn complex workflows into simple, mobile-first journeys.
Cross-functional delivery: Work closely with product, engineering, and growth to ship fast and iterate.
Personally speak and be close to our clients to know exactly what to build.
What You'll Be Working On
Running competitor research and user interviews to shape product direction.
Designing onboarding and retention flows, iterating based on data and feedback.
Building and evolving our design system across multiple apps.
Collaborating on branding and visual identity alongside growth and product.
Prototyping new features and validating them quickly with real users.
What We're Looking For
Consumer Design Expertise: Apply consumer app design principles to business apps.
Your role is to make complex SMB software intuitive and appealing on mobile devices.
Proven impact: Experience building or contributing to mobile apps with >1M downloads or strong retention.
Speed + quality: You ship fast without compromising on design quality.
Mobile-first mindset: You know what makes mobile apps intuitive, engaging, and sticky.
UX depth: You simplify complex SMB workflows into clear, user-friendly designs.
Clear communicator: You explain design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical teammates.
Collaborative: You work tightly with product, engineering, and growth to deliver outcomes.
Research-driven: You use user insights and data to inform design choices.
Attention to detail: You believe small details create seamless experiences.
Adaptable: You thrive in an early-stage, fast-changing environment.
Way of working: You're autonomous, responsive, and proactive.
You're used to working with fast teams and evolving briefs.
What Matters To Us
Users first: We obsess over the people running their business from a phone.
Small teams, big impact: Everyone ships, feedback loops are short, results matter.
Global mindset: We're building for SMBs everywhere — from Miami to Buenos Aires to Paris.
Ownership: We move fast, with autonomy and accountability.
Curiosity: Good understanding of mobile-first design principles.
Languages: You can communicate in English, since that's our official language.
Most of the team also speaks Spanish and French.
What We Offer
Competitive salary (in USD or local equivalent)
Equity package
10-day team retreats abroad every quarter
30-day onboarding in Paris (we cover flights and housing)
Laptop and work setup of your choice
Private health insurance (for US or LATAM hires)
A tight, ambitious team building something real — fast
