What You’ll Do — Unlock Your Impact
Lead Investigations With Purpose
- Conduct comprehensive, unbiased investigations into workplace concerns like harassment, discrimination, and behavioral issues.
- Evaluate complaints, uncover facts, and deliver clear, fair reports that uphold our standards of integrity.
- Manage sensitive, high-stakes cases across multiple countries, balancing confidentiality with the urgency of timely resolution.
- Innovate and improve investigation processes and training programs to ensure excellence in every case.
- Collaborate seamlessly with HR partners, legal counsel, and leadership teams to resolve complex employee relations issues efficiently.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, offering expert guidance on delicate employee matters.
- Build and maintain strong, cross-country relationships that facilitate open communication, consistency, and trust.
- Stay ahead of evolving employment laws and regulations, ensuring investigations and practices align with legal standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to embed industry best practices in ER case management.
- Promote a workplace environment rooted in fairness, respect, and transparency.
- Drive organizational learning by documenting insights, sharing knowledge, and fostering awareness.
- Experienced: 7+ years in Employee Relations, HR, or Investigations, ideally within a global corporate environment.
- Knowledgeable: Deep understanding of employment laws and standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus. Skilled in written and verbal communication.
- Investigative Mindset: Committed to fairness, integrity, and meticulousness in every investigation.
- Influential Collaborator: Skilled at building relationships, guiding stakeholders, and managing multiple cases in a dynamic environment.
- Lifelong Learner: Passionate about refining processes and elevating ER practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, or related fields; advanced certifications in Employee Relations are advantageous.
- Proven experience managing investigations and ER issues across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence navigating ambiguity and complex situations.
