We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our Global IT & Cyber Security team and support our growing cleanroom and fabrication environments. You’ll provide hands-on IT support, ensuring business continuity and helping advance IQM’s cutting-edge R&D and production infrastructure.
What will I be doing?
- Supporting the fabrication and cleanroom teams with IT-related issues and needs.
- Setting up and managing end-user devices in OT environments.
- Implementing and documenting IT service request solutions.
- Ensuring proactive data flow in production and/or cleanroom environments.
- Onboarding new employees to IT tools and systems.
- Contributing to the development of IT support guidelines and documentation.
- Participating in IT projects in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years in IT support, ideally in both IT and OT environments.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, processes, and security principles.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and customer-service orientation.
- Familiarity with production/fabrication environments
- Linux or macOS experience.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Version control (Git) and configuration management (Ansible).
- Networking experience.
- Background in labs, incident response, or startups
