Part of the Group’s Human Resources Department, the People Experience team is responsible for shaping the future of employee experience across Maisons and Regions. Our mission is to strengthen employee engagement, enhance the Group's attractiveness as an employer, and empower individuals and teams to thrive in their roles.
Job Responsibilities
As an intern within the People Experience team, you will play a key role in supporting the Group’s global employee listening strategy.
Your missions will include:
- Coordinating the collection of post-survey action plans from Maisons and Divisions, and monitoring progress
- Supporting the consolidation and sharing of employee listening best practices across the Group
- Participating into Employee listening initiatives’ pilots
- Conducting research on external benchmarks and trends in employee engagement and listening practices
- Helping to animate our HR Listening Community through digital events and collaborative activities
- Contributing to the planning and design of the 2026 Global Pulse Survey, including methodology and implementation processes

You are preparing a Master degree in a business school, university or equivalent. You have initial experience in Human Resources and/or transformation projects (external or internal consultancy) - ideally in an international environment. You have a keen interest in issues relating to the development of corporate culture (i.e. leadership and management, flexible working, feedback culture, talent development, etc.) and enjoy working in project mode. Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory. Comfortable writing short content in English.
