Job Title: HR & Administrative Specialist
Location: Paris, France
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Administrative Specialist to support our operations in France. This role will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, exits, contract renewals,etc.) as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, transfers, renewals, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee records in compliance with French labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR documentation, such as employment contracts, amendments, and HR letters.
- Coordinate with local authorities, external service providers, and headquarters on HR and administrative matters.
- Assist with payroll-related data preparation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Handle office administrative tasks, such as vendor coordination, office supplies, and basic facility management.
- Provide support in HR projects and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of HR or administrative experience in France, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) or English.
- Solid understanding of French labor law and HR practices.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
