Project Manager - Creative Services (f/m/d)

Clariness is looking for a Project Manager - Creative Services (f/m/d), based in Berlin, Hamburg or London.

As a Project Manager - Creative Services (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:

• Leading multiple creative and website projects, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Organizing and leading project meetings (kick-offs, weekly check-ins, close-outs) with clear notes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Managing project budgets in collaboration with the finance team, including cost tracking, adjustments, and invoicing.
• Maintaining project schedules, tools, and forecasts, and providing regular progress reports and key metrics.
• Acting as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on updates, feedback, and changes.
• Identifying and mitigating risks early, solving problems proactively, and ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  
  

We would like you to have:

• 2–3 years of experience in project management, ideally within creative services or website projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accurate tracking and timely invoicing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in English - German is a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
