For one of our clients, a Global Technology company from the aviation industry, I am currently looking for an experienced, Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex infrastructure and IT projects. This is a B2B contract role based on-site at Frankfurt Airport, running until August 2026.

You will lead all phases of project execution, from initial planning through to final delivery and liaise directly with airport stakeholders to ensure alignment on all project deliverables. A key part of your responsibilities will be managing project schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, preparing reports, and handling claims submissions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating project records using relevant platforms, including AWARO and ProjectWise.

In this highly complex role, you will manage multiple infrastructure and technology projects delivered to Fraport, including the implementation of self-service bag drop hardware and software, the deployment of airport seating solutions, and the installation of gate counters.

Your profile :

• Experience in IT hardware/software implementation.
• Proven track record in project management – ideally in aviation, infrastructure, or construction.
• Familiarity with airport operations, particularly Fraport systems and protocols.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and document control.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
• Full-time availability to work on-site at Frankfurt Airport.
