Junior Business Analyst – Asset Data Processing

Dublin | Hybrid 2-3 days in office


Are you looking to start your career in business analysis and data? We’re looking for a motivated Junior BA to join our team and grow with us. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced analysts, learn from senior stakeholders, and contribute to real-world projects that shape how we manage and process asset data.


What You’ll Do

  • Help capture and map business processes during workshops.
  • Work with the team to improve how data is collected, processed, and reported.
  • Support in defining requirements, creating process maps, and preparing reports.
  • Contribute to governance and standards documentation.
  • Deliver accurate outputs and support quick-win improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • A curious, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn business analysis, data governance, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to new challenges.
  • Some knowledge of process mapping or data management is a plus—but not essential.
