Are you looking to start your career in business analysis and data? We’re looking for a motivated Junior BA to join our team and grow with us. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced analysts, learn from senior stakeholders, and contribute to real-world projects that shape how we manage and process asset data.
What You’ll Do
- Help capture and map business processes during workshops.
- Work with the team to improve how data is collected, processed, and reported.
- Support in defining requirements, creating process maps, and preparing reports.
- Contribute to governance and standards documentation.
- Deliver accurate outputs and support quick-win improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- A curious, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Eagerness to learn business analysis, data governance, and reporting skills.
