ERP project manager

Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive project plans, set realistic timelines, define project scope, and allocate resources to ensure project goals are met.
• Establish and manage the project budget, track costs, and control expenses to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
• Coordinate and motivate internal and external project teams, including vendors and cross-functional business units, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with project objectives.
• Proactively identify potential risks, analyze their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize negative effects on the project's progress.
• Ensure the ERP system is configured and implemented to meet the organization's unique business requirements and strategic goals.
• Lead and manage the process of organizational change, ensuring smooth adoption of the new ERP system by end-users and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and delivery of training materials and support for end-users, empowering them to effectively use the new system.
• Monitor project performance using defined metrics, tools, and techniques, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Create and maintain all essential project documentation, including system manuals, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the implemented ERP system maintains data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• ERP Project Experience: A minimum of 3 years managing ERP implementations is essential.
• Project Management Experience: Hands-on experience in managing IT or business projects is also necessary.
• Cross-Functional Teams: Proven experience in managing teams with diverse skill sets is a plus.
• ERP Systems: Deep understanding of specific platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Project Management Tools: Familiarity with software like Microsoft Project, Jira
• Business Process & Data: Knowledge of business process analysis, data migration, and integration technologies.
• A PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is highly preferred.
• Certifications related to specific ERP systems, like SAP or Oracle, can also be beneficial.
• Fluent Russian and English speaker.
