We are looking for a highly motivated SBU CIM Project Manager to lead strategic Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) initiatives and drive transformation across our business unit. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, shape critical projects, and contribute to the future of our manufacturing systems.

About The Job

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams – Oversee timelines, capital expenditures, team efforts, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute strategic CIM initiatives – Align projects with manufacturing, enterprise resource planning, and automation goals. Manage budgets, resources, and priorities to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Design and optimize business processes – Develop, document, and enhance end-to-end CIM operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Drive communication and change management – Facilitate effective communication across teams, leadership, and vendors, translating complex project goals into clear, engaging, and actionable messages.
  • Develop people and teams – Support succession planning and talent development for future manufacturing systems roles.
  • Support strategic priorities – Contribute proactively to evolving business needs and team goals.



About You

  • Strong background in project management, with experience coordinating stakeholders and resources across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead change and communication in dynamic environments.
  • Skilled at defining and explaining business processes and change initiatives, bridging the gap between technical change and practical business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Europe, with the flexibility to collaborate across regions.
