YOUR ROLE

• Assist in the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network switching equipment.
• Support the management of perimeter firewalls (FW), ensuring network security and proper access control.
• Configure and manage VPN site-to-site connections to guarantee secure communication between applications and systems.
• Provide operational support for video conferencing systems in meeting rooms across all office buildings.
• Support day-to-day network operations in corporate offices and retail locations (owned and franchised).
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues with guidance from senior team members.
• Document network changes, incidents, and solutions in line with internal processes.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain service availability and meet business requirements.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree or technical certification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of:
• Routing and switching technologies.
• Firewalls, VPN and network security principles.
• Familiarity with video conferencing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the networking and IT security field.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) is an advantage.
