Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Product Manager - Fixed Term Contract to join KIKO MILANO’s Brand Building Team, reporting to the Product Manager.

Such talent will be responsible for the ideation, creation and implementation of new product launches in terms of product development, communication and in-store activation.


In particular, you will:

  • Design and manage the product strategy - definition of the product assortment including key product features (packaging, texture), sales forecasts, price positioning according to the brand strategy and investments
  • Analyze trends, competition and identification of new consumer insights
  • Create and manage communication campaigns
  • Contribute to the new launches’ digital strategies
  • Analyze sales performance to implement strategies and maximize business objectives


What you will need to succeed

  • From 2 to 3-year experience on product development in the food, fashion or cosmetics industry
  • Degree or Master in Economics, Marketing or Management Engineering
  • Strong leadership and operational discipline
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and positive mindset
  • Passion for beauty business and attention to emerging trends
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and main marketing operational tools
  • Fluency in English
