About the Company

Our client is a well stablished digital platform that empower sustainable land use across the Netherlands. Their mission? To support nature-inclusive

agriculture by simplifying how environmental compensation is managed and verified. Through their platform, they enable farmers and collectives

to focus on ecological impact—preserving biodiversity, maintaining landscapes, and contributing to a more balanced agricultural future. With a

strong foundation in tech and policy alignment, their solutions help bridge the gap between government initiatives and real-world environmental

action. We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join their growing and scalable team in The Netherlands.

About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer, you’ll play a key role in modernizing and scaling a platform that directly supports biodiversity and sustainable land use.

The system is well-established yet actively evolving. Built on a Python/Django backend and a modern React frontend, it integrates with national

data systems in real-time and will be transitioning toward a more scalable, service-oriented architecture.

You’ll contribute across the full stack—migrating legacy components, helping shape the new architecture, and improving both backend services and

frontend interfaces. This is a high-impact project, with your work directly improving how agricultural collectives use digital tools to plan, execute,

and monitor conservation efforts.

You’ll be working in a multidisciplinary Scrum team where developers, product owners, and domain experts collaborate closely to deliver smart,

future-ready solutions. If you value clean code, thoughtful design, and building tools that serve a meaningful cause, you’ll feel right at home.

Tasks

What you will do:

• Develop both backend services and frontend components, contributing across the full stack to modernize and scale the platform.

• Migrate legacy systems toward a scalable, service-oriented architecture while improving system performance and reliability.

• Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary Scrum team—including developers, domain experts, and stakeholders—to co-create practical, impactful

digital solutions.

• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and backend logic that empower agricultural collectives to effectively manage nature conservation
