Android Developer

Our client is seeking an Android Developer to join their team for a freelance B2B contract with an initial term of 6 months, with scope for an additional 1-year extension. This position is 4 days per week on-site in Malmo and 1 day remote for the duration.

• Position: Android Developer

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: 4 days per week on-site in Malmö and 1 day remote.
• Languages: English is a must, and Swedish is a plus

Must have skills

• At least 5 years of experience in Android app development
• Good knowledge of Kotlin
• Good knowledge of Java
• Strong experience in Jetpack Compose
• Ability to produce clean, readable, and testable code
• Experience in Unit Testing
• Strong experience in version control with Git
• Collaborative, positive attitude and enjoys working in a demanding, exciting, and dynamic environment
• Experience with developing accessible apps according to WCAG
