Job description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong commercial focus to join our team.

Inmotion is a leading supplier of power electronics, providing innovative and high-quality solutions to the Commercial Vehicle, Material Handling and Construction Equipment industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Product Management and has a good understanding in one or more of these industries.

You will be part of the Product & Marketing team where we also manage customer projects and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmap based on market and customer requirements
• Work with customers to define the new products and features
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
• Work cross-functionally to ensure products meet customer expectations and quality standards
• Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market and pricing strategies
• Manage product lifecycles from concept to end-of-life
• Ensure profitability of the product portfolio and initiate changes accordingly
• Identify and mitigate risks in product development and launch
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a commercial focus
• Strong industry knowledge in one or more of the mentioned sectors
• Experience in developing and launching products in any of the mentioned industries
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in power electronics or related industries is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
