Job description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong commercial focus to join our team.
Inmotion is a leading supplier of power electronics, providing innovative and high-quality solutions to the Commercial Vehicle, Material Handling and Construction Equipment industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Product Management and has a good understanding in one or more of these industries.
You will be part of the Product & Marketing team where we also manage customer projects and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmap based on market and customer requirements
- Work with customers to define the new products and features
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Work cross-functionally to ensure products meet customer expectations and quality standards
- Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market and pricing strategies
- Manage product lifecycles from concept to end-of-life
- Ensure profitability of the product portfolio and initiate changes accordingly
- Identify and mitigate risks in product development and launch
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a commercial focus
- Strong industry knowledge in one or more of the mentioned sectors
- Experience in developing and launching products in any of the mentioned industries
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in power electronics or related industries is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
