Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Artist, based in Gothenburg but allows for some work from home. The Technical Artist will be responsible for creating and optimizing 3D assets, ensuring efficient performance in VR environments, scripting for various functionalities, and managing lighting effects. The role also involves collaborating with game developers to ensure the seamless integration of assets into the development pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) and 3D Graphics
- Proficiency in Scripting for various functionalities
- Knowledge of Lighting techniques and applications
- Background in Unity Engine, C# and Game Development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field is preferred
