Job Description

Position – how you’ll contribute

We are looking for a Junior Cloud Support Engineer with a strong interest in Azure cloud technologies, incident response, and automation. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within our cloud support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Handling: Incident management, including triage, impact assessment, and coordination with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Root Cause Analysis: Support the preparation of RCA reports after service restoration.
• Process & Automation: Help design and improve processes, reporting, and automation for repetitive tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain and update operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Cloud Resource Support: Assist with provisioning and configuring Azure resources across multiple environments.
• Monitoring: Help implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system reliability.
• Operational Tasks: Participate in deployments, patching, and disaster recovery activities under guidance.
  
  

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

• 1+ year of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or cloud-related roles.
• Cloud Knowledge: Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and concepts.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Basic networking knowledge and interest in cloud-native services.
• Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills.
