We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and help us deliver cutting-edge solutions powered by Generative AI. As an AI Engineer, you will focus on building, optimizing, and deploying applications that leverage large language models (LLMs), multimodal systems, and AI-powered agents, while also leveraging Computer Vision, NLP models and techniques where applicable .

Role Description

The role involves designing workflows, integrating third-party APIs and frameworks, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into practical AI-driven features, while following software development best practices.

This is a remote-first position, ideal for someone who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact in an AI-first company.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications
• Work with LLMs using NLP techniques, neural networks, and vector databases to power intelligent applications.
• Manage data preparation, preprocessing, and model integration workflows
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms
• Research, prototype, and implement new techniques in LLMs and generative AI
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and client teams to integrate AI into enterprise systems.
• Follow best practices in software engineering to ensure performance, security, and reliability.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• At least 3 years of full-time industry experience. 
• Hands-on Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Vector Databases
• Expertise with prompt engineering techniques and Python
• Strong understanding of generative AI evaluations and designing agentic workflows
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote-first setup

• Experience in fine-tuning & deploying AI models into production at scale
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks
• Track record of shipping LLM-powered applications to production
