About the role
RedCompass Labs has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Junior HR Specialist to join our Operations Team.
As a Junior HR Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function while contributing to a range of administrative, organizational, and strategic tasks. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits coordination, and office support, offering a solid foundation for professional growth in HR.
What you will be doing:
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in coordinating performance management processes
- Handle general employee queries and provide administrative support
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews
HR Administration
- Support the administration of employee benefits, pensions, and insurance programs
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely information
- Prepare internal HR reports and data summaries
- Support the HR team in reviewing and maintaining HR policies and procedures under guidance, ensuring compliance with company standards
Office & Operational Support
- Be responsible for general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and basic office upkeep (e.g., stocking fridges, watering plants)
- Coordinate hospitality needs and assist with event planning as required
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Support various HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Head of HR to address evolving business needs

- Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Present high attention to detail and accuracy

- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HR systems is a plus
