Freelance SCRUM Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a freelance, nearshore assignment, leading two agile teams primarily based in Copenhagen and London.

📌 Location: 100% remote

📌 Type: Freelance / Contract

📌 Start: ASAP

🛠️ What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and facilitate two Scrum teams, ensuring effective agile delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and distributed team members
• Drive agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement
• Support project delivery across cross-functional teams

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams
• Comfortable working with nearshore and distributed teams
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Understanding or prior exposure to Marketing Analytics / Data Analytics is beneficial but not required
