Site Reliability Engineer

For our client, rapidly growing international fintech company, we are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Lead who will take ownership of the infrastructure function - guiding the team, shaping the internal compute environment, and ensuring the core services run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee infrastructure operations and trading system monitoring;
• Manage incidents and lead escalations;
• Take part in on-call responsibilities;
• Build out observability frameworks and analytics tools;
• Identify weak spots and elevate platform efficiency.

What we expect:

• 5+ years of proven SRE background;
• Strong Linux/Unix expertise, plus hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana;
• Ability to script or code in Python/Go;
• Confident English communication (B2 or above);
• Curiosity and readiness to master a new business area.
