DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members
- Lead the team by enhancing skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, analytics, and technical areas
- Establish clear objectives and collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for achieving results
- Oversee projects that involve quantitative analysis, industry research, and development initiatives
- Identify actionable insights and make recommendations through clear and effective communication
- Ensure consistent quality and productivity across all channels, maintaining performance according to service level metrics
- Quickly adjust to shifts in workflows, processes, procedures, and product features
- Fluent in Russian or English (at least C1 level), both written and oral
- Significant experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing teams
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- High level of integrity demonstrated in both personal and professional settings
