About you:

The ideal candidate is a practical and user-focused UI/UX designer with experience creating internal dashboards and tools. They excel at understanding real operational challenges, quickly delivering simple, functional designs that improve team efficiency, and collaborating closely with both users and developers to ensure smooth implementation.

About the role:

In the scope of this role, there are 2 main performance objectives identified:

1. Lead the creation of intuitive, scalable UI/UX solutions that simplify workflows and support the company’s strategic goals.
2. Collaborate closely with department users and developers to ensure effective delivery of design solutions.

The 1st performance objective is to lead the creation of intuitive, scalable UI/UX solutions that simplify workflows and support the company’s strategic goals.

This means you will:

• Rapidly design and iterate on functional dashboards, admin panels, and internal tools, prioritizing practicality over perfection.
• Translate process requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Focus on clear user flows, usability, and accessibility over visual polish or marketing design.
• Maintain a component library and design structure for internal consistency.
• Provide fast, iterative improvements based on feedback — no over-designing.
• Occasionally support with lightweight UI needs for landlord/partner portals or external tools, while balancing internal priorities.
• Participate in brief documentation, flowcharts, and task breakdowns when needed.
• Be proactive in proposing UX improvements across operational teams.

The 2nd performance objective is to collaborate closely with department users and developers to ensure effective delivery of design solutions.

This means you will:

• Collaborate with department users (Guest Support, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Reservations, etc.) to understand daily operational workflows and internal pain points.
• Communicate directly with developers to ensure clean and efficient implementation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, admin panels, or productivity tools.
• Strong experience with Figma, wireframing tools, and UX design principles.
• Ability to think fast and design simple solutions — not just beautiful ones.
• Fluency in English (required).
• Strong understanding of internal operational software and dashboards (not public-facing web/app design).
• Effective collaboration with developers and product teams.
• Able to handle multiple projects and maintain a quick delivery pace.
• Familiar with design systems and responsive design.
• Bonus: experience in designing Property Management Systems (PMS) or similar operational platforms.
