The Role

As CoinW continues to expand globally, we are seeking ambitious Business Development Consultants to accelerate our growth. This role is based at our Dubai Headquarters and will focus on expanding regional business, driving revenue, and building strong long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and business development strategies to acquire new regional partners.
  • Identify opportunities aligned with company values and growth goals within our global affiliate and partnership programs.
  • Drive sales strategy execution to secure new channels and customers, while optimizing opportunities with existing partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner relationship lifecycle: onboarding, product training, marketing support, acquisition plans, and KPI management.
  • Explore new market opportunities and partnership models to maximize revenue growth.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Ideally 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales within Forex, financial services, or cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Preferred: Business Development experience at Crypto Exchanges.
  • Background in Community Management or Marketing for blockchain projects or crypto platforms is a plus.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with blockchain/cryptocurrency industry and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
