We are seeking an experienced and driven Digital Project Delivery Manager to join the team of our client, one of the largest semi-governmental organisations in Dubai.
The Digital Project Delivery Manager will play a key role in delivering innovative digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and transform the customer experience. Working at the heart of a large-scale Digital Guest Experience programme, this role acts as the bridge between business, technology, and guest experience teams — ensuring that digital products and services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards.
This is a 24-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from planning and scoping through to launch.
- Drive agile practices across delivery teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing blockers.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, business leaders, and external vendors.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Collect and incorporate customer feedback to improve digital touchpoints.
- Monitor risks, issues, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Track and report on delivery performance, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years’ overall experience, with at least 5 years in digital project delivery or transformation.
- Proven track record in customer-focused industries such as aviation, travel, retail, hospitality, or technology.
- Strong background in end-to-end digital delivery across apps, websites, and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with UX, customer journey mapping, data-driven decision-making, and vendor management.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are preferred.

- This role is based in Dubai, UAE.
