We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager – Projects to oversee the delivery of large and complex real estate projects. The role requires a strong project leader who can manage all phases of development — from initiation to closeout — while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery in line with budget, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee project initiation, including reviewing briefs, RFPs, design submissions, and tender evaluations.
• Provide technical input into contract awards, procurement plans, and risk/quality management frameworks.
• Manage construction phase activities, including site monitoring, approvals, payments, and contractor/consultant coordination.
• Ensure compliance with authority approvals, NOCs, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project monitoring and reporting, delivering weekly and monthly progress updates to senior management.
• Oversee project closeout activities including snagging, commissioning, handover to FM teams, and contract closure.
• Mentor and support project engineers, ensuring effective team performance and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within real estate or large-scale construction.
• Strong technical knowledge across project planning, contracts, risk management, and construction delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage consultants, contractors, and government authority interfaces.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
