The candidate’s primary responsibility to support Timesheet System for NEC globally:
- Initiate and manage Change Requests, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for Timesheet system.
- Coordinate with regional counterparts and global system owner to align and execute system-related activities and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, end-users, and internal teams to provide ongoing support and resolve technical or process issues.
- Evaluate existing system functionalities and recommend enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
- Maintain and update user training materials; deliver periodic training sessions for regional users to ensure system adoption and proficiency.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager(s).
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Exposure to application/system development, and know-how is required.
- Knowledge in SQL scripting.
- Knowledge of Automation tools will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Keen in learning and upgrading.
- Able to work independently & effectively with team.
- Able to think creatively and work under pressure
