BeMe Wellness is a fast-growing liquid supplements brand, and we're building our foundation on AI. From product storytelling to multi-marketplace operations, we believe AI is our core lever for growth. We’re looking for our first dedicated AI hire, an early-career builder who is hungry to own high-impact systems, ship fast, and help us scale smarter.

This role is based in Singapore and is a unique opportunity to join the core team of a Launcho Ventures-backed company.

The Opportunity: Build the Engine

This isn't a typical junior role. You will be the founding member of our AI function, reporting directly to the COO. Your mission is to identify, design, and build the AI systems that will define our operational blueprint. You will be our go-to expert for determining where AI can drive the most value—and then you will build it.

Your work will directly influence our profitability, customer experience, and speed of execution. You will have the autonomy to choose your tools and the responsibility to deliver measurable results.

What You'll Actually Do (Your First 12 Months)

• Build Our Central Nervous System: Your first major project will be to design and build a robust Business Intelligence dashboard (connecting Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop). This system will provide the leadership team with a single source of truth for KPIs, complete with stable data pipelines and automated alerts.
• Find and Execute on AI Opportunities: You will partner with leadership to analyze our business—from marketing funnels to supply chain—and identify the most valuable opportunities for AI automation and optimization.
• Ship High-Impact Solutions: You will own the full lifecycle of your projects: from a back-of-the-napkin idea, to a cost-benefit analysis, to writing the code, to deploying and measuring the results. Early projects might include pricing optimization models, customer retention predictors, or content generation workflows.
• Strengthen Our Search & Discovery: You will support our Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy by structuring site content, FAQs, and schema so that LLMs and search engines provide accurate, authoritative answers about BeMe.

Who We're Looking For (The "Founder" Mindset)

We care more about your ability to build and solve problems than your years of experience.

Core Requirements:

• Final year or recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming ability in Python and a proven track record of solving complex problems.
• Demonstrated experience building things. Your portfolio (GitHub, personal projects, dashboards) is more important than your resume.
• A strong "business-first" problem-solving mindset. You can analyze trade-offs (including cost, speed, and complexity) and explain your reasoning clearly.

Bonus Points (What Makes You Stand Out):

• Experience with LLM APIs (like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and retrieval techniques (RAG).
• Familiarity with building data pipelines or BI dashboards.
• Practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
• An interest in the health and wellness space.
