Position OverviewWe are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team. The CGO will spearhead top-line revenue growth, regional expansion, and strategic partnerships, aligning with AgileAsia’s mission to be the region’s most innovative and impactful professional training and consulting company.
The role requires a growth architect who can combine strategic foresight with tactical execution—someone capable of scaling a boutique leader into a regional powerhouse.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Business Development- Define and execute AgileAsia’s Singapore and regional growth strategy, ensuring revenue acceleration and new market penetration.
- Identify and build new business lines (e.g., Green Skills, Digital Transformation, AI-driven education).
- Drive strategic partnerships with corporates, government agencies, and academic institutions.
- Expand into regional markets (Malaysia, ASEAN, APAC) with tailored go-to-market strategies.
- Build and oversee a scalable B2B and B2C sales engine, ensuring strong pipelines for corporate clients and individual learners.
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen AgileAsia’s digital brand presence, SEO/SEM, and lead generation campaigns.
- Introduce data-driven sales processes (CRM, dashboards, KPIs) to optimise conversion and growth.
- Lead the creation of high-demand training programmes aligned with industry shifts and SkillsFuture funding priorities.
- Benchmark AgileAsia against regional and global competitors to maintain a premium, differentiated positioning.
- Collaborate with programme leads to ensure new launches deliver real-world, high-impact outcomes.
- Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Build and mentor a high-performance growth team across sales, partnerships, and marketing.
- Champion AgileAsia’s values of innovation, quality, and impact.
- 10+ years of proven experience in growth, business development, or strategy within education, consulting, or technology.
- Strong familiarity with Singapore’s training ecosystem and government funding frameworks (SSG SCTP, IBF, etc.).
- Successful track record of regional/APAC expansion.
- Exceptional partnership-building and negotiation skills, with strong networks in corporate and government circles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique organisation.
- Revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Regional presence established in ASEAN/APAC.
