Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in the banking and insurance sectors.
- Assist in preparing business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), and use cases.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into technical solutions.
- Support testing activities by preparing test cases, performing UAT, and coordinating with users for validation.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to understand current processes and propose improvements.
- Track project progress and maintain updated documentation and status reports.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making.
- Ensure alignment of business needs with IT deliverables across various projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Experience in writing clear business documentation and working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
