- Write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and maintainable code using Golang
- Translate software requirements into stable, working, and high-performance solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and reliable RESTful APIs
- Build and maintain microservices that power our SaaS offerings
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Develop, test, deploy, and monitor services using containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
- Apply Agile/SCRUM best practices throughout the full software development life cycle
- Participate actively in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
- Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues
- Contribute ideas and improvements that help shape our technology roadmap

- Professional experience with .NET Core / C#
- Experience integrating or migrating hybrid tech stacks (.NET + Golang)
- Familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or equivalent.
- Should be willing to explore and learn new technologies.
- Should be a fast learner and have excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
