Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and build AI applications tailored to SMEs.
- Create and deploy voice assistants and automation solutions with immediate usability.
- Transform ideas into working solutions quickly, pragmatically, and effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure real-world usability and fast adoption.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools: n8n, make.com, ElevenLabs, Retell AI, Loveable.
- Strong understanding of automation, API workflows, and voice agent development.
- A pragmatic, builder's mindset — focused on delivering value rather than just research.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and readiness to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
- German language proficiency (minimum B2)
