Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS
- Manage production deployments with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and zero-downtime practices
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health, observability, and proactive incident response
- Ensure robust security practices, including encryption, access management, and compliance with fintech industry standards
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support development and data workflows
- Deploy and manage MLflow pipelines and support machine learning model operations
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer (preferably in fintech or other highly regulated industries)
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift)
- Strong expertise in production deployments and maintaining high-availability systems
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
- Experience with deploying and maintaining MLflow pipelines
- Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash).
