We’re on an ambitious journey to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world, and seeking a Product Manager for the Launch team to boost our product-led growth.

Forget the usual buzzwords: no endless discovery sessions and hours-long blocker discussions. Our Product Managers don’t just shuffle Jira tickets, they drive real outcomes: shipping features that matter, scaling products that move the needle, and just getting things done.

The Launch team owns the following components:

• Company Website — communicating the product’s value proposition and driving acquisition;
• Product Onboarding — account creation, setup, and configuration;
• Business Onboarding — completing the questionnaire to connect payment infrastructure;
• Documentation — supporting merchants during integration with our product.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Execution — delivering projects that move the product forward and achieving set goals;
• Discovery — identifying new growth opportunities, structuring ideas, and conducting research;
• Planning & Prioritization — planning and prioritizing the initiatives owned by the team.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager;
• Proven experience in building IT products;
• Experience in team management;
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on business goals;
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in building interfaces and collaborating with design teams;
• Experience working with analytics and optimizing metrics;
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, BI, HotJar, Clario).
