We are looking for a PHP Developer / Web Developer to support our existing development team. In this role, you will help maintain and enhance our web-based systems, including our Learning Management System (LMS) and other applications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in PHP, is comfortable working with databases, and can collaborate effectively with our team to deliver practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP, CodeIgniter, and Moodle.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for MySQL or Oracle databases.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate new features and improve system performance.
- Use version control tools like GitHub/Bitbucket to manage code changes.
- Work with web services (REST/SOAP) for third-party integrations.
- Implement front-end functionality with jQuery, Ajax, and basic Node.js.
- Experience with PHP development (Core PHP, CodeIgniter).
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL or Oracle) and writing queries.
- Knowledge of version control systems (GitHub/Bitbucket).
- Basic experience with jQuery, Ajax, and Node.js is an advantage.
