Agile Coach

📍 Scrum, SAFe, Agile Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a mentor and coach to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership.
• Facilitate Agile training workshops, bootcamps, and knowledge sessions.
• Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives at the team and organizational levels.
• Assess team maturity and provide actionable recommendations to improve Agile practices.
• Work closely with delivery teams to embed Lean and Agile principles in daily work.
• Support the scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model, as applicable.
