**Job Title: L1 Network Engineer**

This position is on Third party payroll.

Core Skills required - Networking: Switching and SD-WAN Management

• Overseeing network Incident, Changes & Problem
• Technical support for business IT query and information
• Day to day monitoring of network
• Prepare and Review the network report in terms of Change, capacity and incident.
• Participate in network projects.
• POC of new technology
• Report submission as per business & customer requirement
• Cross function working capability.
• Audit Network Configuration as per SOP`s

- **Technical Proficiency:**

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

• Hands-on expertise on Switching and SD-WAN management

- Familiarity with network hardware and protocols.

- Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting tools.

Qualification:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Engineering, Telecommunications
• Certifications- CCNA, NNCIA, VCP
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
