Product Manager
6 Month Contract
£600 - £750 a day pay to umbrella (Inside IR35)
Central London (Hybrid)
The Role
We’re looking to hire an interim Product Manager to join a growing Product function in a thriving tech business. Acting as the number two to the Product Director, you will help upskill the function in ways of working and drive change within the business. This is a true Product Manager role opposed to a hands-on Product Owner.
The ideal candidate would be a proven Product Manager with a technical background and strong commercial acumen. Experience in a research and development environment, deep experience within user research and the discovery phase of Product Management would be highly advantageous.

What you’ll do:
- Own the product vision and positioning
- Plan the framework for ideation, completing market research and translating this to product opportunities
- Translate insights into user stories, features, and scalable product configurations
- Work closely with tech and commercial teams to deliver value
- Ensure quality, service acceptance, and smooth deployment
- Monitor performance, integrate feedback, and champion continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Product Management experience in a technology focussed environment
- Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
- Strong Agile and lifecycle management expertise
- Customer-centric with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-driven, and comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working in a tech environment would be highly advantageous
- Familiarity and interest in emerging technologies
- Experience in market research, product design, and commercialisation
