About The Opportunity

We believe in making wellness more accessible, and design is central to achieving that mission. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer to join our Partners squad to help lead the next chapter of growth for Businesses on ClassPass.

This opportunity is ideal for a strong individual contributor with proven experience designing intuitive, elegant SaaS products. You bring a high bar for design craft, grounded in systems thinking and real-world impact. You’ve worked on strategic initiatives before, and you’re just as comfortable zooming out to define vision as you are zooming in to sweat the details.

This role reports directly to the Director of Product Design and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research.

What we look for:

• 2-4 years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating deep design craft and end-to-end product thinking on a complex product
• A love for working on complex platforms and turning complexity into simple and intuitive experiences
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering impactful work
• A high bar for design craft grounded in systems thinking and real-world impact
• Experience in fast-paced, high-collaboration environments
• A designer that wants to contribute to and challenge our design system to ensure we continue to evolve
