We are looking for a Senior Technical Producer to join our passionate team. This role is pivotal as you will bridge the gap between production and technical teams, ensuring that the workflow is seamless and efficient. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical aspects of game development, managing the integration of tools and technology, and collaborating closely with engineers to optimise development processes.

• Manage the technical aspects of game projects, facilitating communication between technical teams and production staff
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in technical processes and workflows
• Identify and mitigate production risks associated with technology and tools
• Coordinate with engineering leads to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
• Assist in defining technical specifications and requirements for game features
• Support the integration and testing of new tools and technologies to enhance production pipelines
• Mentor junior technical producers and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation

• Proven experience as a technical producer or similar role within the game development industry
• Strong understanding of game production and development workflows
• Experience with game engine tools such as Unreal Engine or Unity
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to solve technical challenges and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• A passion for games and a comprehensive understanding of the gaming industry trends
