We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build the tools that keep our business running. From customer-facing systems to internal platforms, you’ll be writing the code that makes everything faster, smarter, and more reliable.

You’ll work across the full stack, collaborating with product managers and fellow developers to design, build, and deliver features end-to-end. You’ll get exposure to modern frameworks and infrastructure while solving problems that have real-world impact every day.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys variety, and wants to sharpen their skills across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain applications using React, NestJS, Express.js, and microservices on AWS ECS (Fargate).
• Work across the stack with Docker, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ, JWT and other technologies.
• Contribute to smooth deployments with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), patch management, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with product managers to scope and deliver features that matter.
• Take ownership of features from design through to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Write secure, maintainable, and high-quality code that lasts.
• Build internal tools that make life easier for both our customers and staff.
• Leverage your understanding of SEO/Paid and Digital Agency operations in development work.

About You:

• 3–5 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Solid skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, with a focus on scalable, maintainable systems.
• Experience with AWS, microservices, CI/CD, and workflow automation.
• Pragmatic and adaptable: able to deliver quickly without cutting corners.
• A strong collaborator who enjoys problem-solving and learning from others.
• Eligible to work in Australia (citizen or full working rights).
• Available to start immediately.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SendGrid, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Cloudflare, Xero API, or Teamwork APIs.
• Familiarity with service-to-service communication and API integrations.
